So I havent blogged in a super long time! but theres a very good reason I swear :)

I've been working hard to fix all the existing Cherries swimwear patterns for Production as well as designing cute new pieces, sourcing quality fabrics, learning the ropes of manufacturing for the first time. This is a really crazy but cool time in my life. Im so excited to finally be at the point where I can step from behind the sewing machine and actually trust others to create my lil beauties! There have been bumps along the way but I know Ill get through this.  Im dreaming of the day I walk into Nordstrom or Macy's and see my one of my suits...

It was really cool to meet so many great vendors and creative people as well as a few of my brides from Etsy. I dont even have words for the joy I feel when a bride brings me pics from her wedding day wearing my creations.

I had the pleasure of being a vendor at the Off White Indie Wedding Show in St. Louis :)

I met some wonderful brides, models and fellow vendors. I didnt know exactly what to expect when me and my Intern Nora arrived but to my surprise St. Louis's the "Loop" area was very simmilar to Hillcrest/North Park area. We stayed at the Moonrise hotel which was the perfect location for wandering around Del Mar Ave and all its great eateries and vintage clothing shops.

I scored 2 lovely lil bracelets and some hats. My intern got a to die for vintage dress that is so nautical chic.

Big thanks to the creator Brea Mc Anally of Brea Photograhpy for inviting us out and Chrissie Conboy fashion show coordinator for her excellent organization.

I'm so excited to be apart of this amazing event created by Brea McAnally, owner of Brea Photography.

Ive missed you so much! Just working like tomorrow is my last day on earth because I love what I do more and more each day. The realization that I am doing exactly what I was always meant to do makes me feel as if the bumpy road on the way here was totally worth it. Over the next few weeks Ill try to post all the new designs random pics and events that have inspired me :)
